Development preview
Codex Skin Studio is currently provided as an experimental public beta for evaluation. The macOS build is not Apple-notarized, and the Windows build is not code-signed, so either operating system may require an explicit security confirmation before opening.
Use at your discretion
The preview is supplied as-is without warranties. Back up important work and use only versioned releases obtained from codexskinshop.com. Verify the published SHA-256 checksum if you need additional assurance.
Product boundary
The local Helper is designed to apply reversible visual themes. Optional computer-restart restore creates a current-user startup entry only after the user selects that preference; restoring official mode removes it. Codex Skin Studio is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI, does not replace the official Codex app, and does not grant rights in OpenAI trademarks or software.
Theme and reference rights
Official public themes will use original, licensed, or otherwise permitted material. Future users of private generation tools will be responsible for having the rights needed to provide and use their reference material.
Changes
These terms will change as the preview gains distribution, accounts, payments, or online generation. The current version will be posted on this page.
